The E(art)h Chicago program is an initiative by the Illinois Science and Energy Innovation Foundation (ISEIF) based in Chicago, IL. In response to the challenges of climate change, the program leverages the power of art to drive social change. It funded the creation of 12 art installations across 12 neighborhoods in Chicago, aimed at inspiring new ways of thinking about our collective responsibility to our communities, city, and planet. As FatKid Studio, we developed the visual identity for the event, starting with the concept of spreading a message, of making an echo. The project focused on communicating environmental messages through artistic expressions. We incorporated cultural identity elements, such as the star from the official city flag, to create a sense of belonging for the audience. Earth Chicago is a vibrant project filled with color, art, and environmental awareness.
